This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions applicable to purchases made through martinjackets.shop.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

5. Return Shipping Costs

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise subject to a remedy under applicable statutory guarantees, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Refunds Following Statutory Withdrawal

14. Orders Returned Because of Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Any reshipment or refund will be handled according to the circumstances, carrier status, actual costs incurred, and applicable consumer law.

15. Refused Deliveries
